We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the original packaging, unless damaged due to a manufacturing defect, i.e. splitting layers.

It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please be aware that damage due to overheating of the product will not be eligible for a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, items being placed in a dishwasher, oven or microwave, or subjected to temperatures above 50°C that result in the product becoming deformed or melted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We are also unable to accept returns on personalised or custom orders/items.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please understand that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURN POSTAGE

If your return is due to a change of mind, accidental purchase, duplicate item ordered, or incorrect item/size selected by you, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Original postage charges are non-refundable.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we have made an error with your order, Kreative Kookie Cutterz will cover the reasonable cost of return postage where a return is required.

Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns Policy before a refund can be issued.
